I had an e-mail exchange this week with a pharma client about a particular type of (pretty significant) training initiative.
Here was a phrase he wrote back – truer words were never spoken:
If you’re going to truly use something like this, it needs to be embedded in everything from training to coaching to marketing materials. Unless there is a clear plan of how to implement over time, it will end up on a shelf after 6-12 months.
Put that one on a banner over your door, and read it every time you think about ANY new training initiative!
