J&J gets flamed over the weekend with a social media firestorm over a Motrin ad. Here’s the backstory, with more here. Frankly, I think this constitutes an over-reaction, and may discourage other healthcare companies from putting their toe in the social media water. On the positive side, it certainly demonstrates the enormous potential and viral nature of social media (for good or for ill!)
